Project: Kill
"WHAT IS YOUR PROJECT!?"
"KILL!!!"

Full Video
Review:

Shot entirely in the Philippines and I think it was scored by the same guy who did the A-Team music, the movie was actually quite good for a "B" Movie.  The fight scenes were lame and obviously shot in double time to make the actors look better than they actually were, but still better acting than a singing gorilla.

I think that the movie Equilibrium with Christian Bale actually got it's start from Project: Kill.

Although lame at points, I think that this is a definite watcher for any B Movie fan.

Who's in it?

Summary:

As the film opens on the caption "Somewhere in the US," we are left to wonder why the Canadian flag is shown flying on a limo as it drives up to a building... Oh well, you can't expect geological facts correct in B movie as we proved in bela lugosi meets brooklyn gorilla

Project: Kill is a program that turns our soldiers into lethal killing machines and John Trevor is one of the best. The project members are subjected to mind altering drugs and a poorly made killing film that would make any man want to kill even his mother.

John realizes that killing is not a lifestyle that can go on forever and seeks an escape. When John stops taking his injections and begins to feel again his partner, Frank, begins to doubt his motive.  Frank's suspicions turn out to be justified as John escapes from the compound guarded by two inept guards.

Noticing that this is still the 70's, John doesn't worry about fax machines and the like blowing his cover at the airport and quickly boards a plane to the Philippines to meet an old friend, Carl Wagner.Wagner is an old Navy buddy who managed to leave the project due to an injury that left him in a wheelchair. Since John is still on the run, Wagner arranges for boat passage to another island but John will have to wait two days.

After meeting up with Wagner, John finds that taking a long walk on the beach is exactly what a wanted fugitive needs at a time like this. The beauty of the island isn't the only thing that John notices though. The young Lee Su, visiting on vacation, also happens to be staying at the same hotel John is. What luck!

John and Lee waste no time getting to know each, and even less time getting in bed. Who could blame them though, with 98 degree weather and near 100% humidity. Their love however becomes complicated as John begins to experience withdrawals from the mind drugs from Project: Kill and almost kills Lee when she tries to wake him.

The new love that John has found is bound to end as he is pursued by the Chinese mafia and his old partner Frank. The Chinese mafia wants to recruit John and will stop at nothing to accomplish their goal, even if it means killing Frank. Being the killing machine that Frank is, he effortlessly dispatches two mobsters.
